Our Reach In A Year
In 2009, World Relief Canada's work helped more than 500,000 people in 14 countries. This was made possible by our partners, the support of hundreds of Canadian churches, several thousand individual supporters, and numerous businesses.
We get maximum benefit from donors’ resources through:

Relief and rehabilitation responses in Bangladesh, DR Congo, India, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Sudan;

Microfinance programs in Bangladesh, Burundi, Cambodia, Kenya, Liberia, Rwanda and Vietnam;

Agricultural assistance and training in DR Congo, Ethiopia, and Tanzania;

Preventative health education for thousands of needy children in Cambodia.

World Relief Canada’s Mission is to respond to the relief and development needs of the world’s poor in the name of Jesus Christ, through our global network of Christian organizations, in partnership with Canadian and overseas Churches.
