Welcome to a world of possibilities!World Relief Sunday 2010 is an opportunity for churches to nurture hope and develop thousands of African and Asian communities towards sustainable solutions to poverty.
We are making available a range of easy-to-use materials that you can use in the manner in which you feel is best suited to your church. The materials include:• a short DVD• bulletin inserts• a promotional poster• sermon notes• fundraising ideas and resources on povertyWe suggest scheduling your World Relief Sunday program to occur sometime in the fall, between October 3 - November 28, 2010. However, our materials are not dated and may be used any time in the year.We need the help of Canadian churches in responding to poverty, hunger and pain. Together, we can help the poor experience the love of Jesus!
